Ottie is Onboard’s cheerful glossy blue astronaut bot—a Codex-compatible companion pet you can install in ChatGPT or Codex. Pets sit in the corner of your workspace, react to the cursor, and help surface what needs attention.

Install in Codex

1. Unzip the archive into ~/.codex/pets/.
2. Confirm the result is ~/.codex/pets/ottie-pet/pet.json—not an extra nested folder (for example ottie-pet/ottie-pet/pet.json).
3. Open Settings → Personal → Pets, pick Ottie, and restart Codex if the pet does not appear immediately.

Install in ChatGPT

Upload ottie-pet.zip into the chat and ask:
