MCP on Cherry Studio

Configure Cherry Studio’s MCP client for Onboard’s hosted HTTP endpoints.

Cherry Studio is a desktop AI client with first-class MCP support. Use it when you want multi-model copilots against the same Onboard tools.

Configuration

  1. Open Cherry Studio’s MCP or Tools settings and add a remote MCP server.
  2. Set the server URL to https://rest.onboard.io/mcp/sse (no trailing slash), matching MCP setup.
  3. Provide your Onboard API key from Integrations → API in the token or API key field Cherry Studio shows for that server.
  4. Save and reconnect if the app requires a restart to load new MCP definitions.

Cherry Studio updates frequently—use its in-app help if labels differ.
